The Securities Processing Solutions segment offers computerized real-time transaction processing services, which automate the securities transaction cycle. Its products and services include desktop productivity tools, portfolio management, order capture and execution, trade confirmation, settlement, and accounting. The Clearing and Outsourcing Solutions segment provides securities transaction execution, clearing, and settlement services, including matching, recording, and processing transaction instructions, as well as exchanging payment between counterparties; and operations outsourcing services. This segment also offers financing for client inventory through margin lending. The company offers its services to retail and institutional brokerage firms, global banks, mutual funds, annuity companies, institutional investors, specialty trading firms, and clearing firms, as well as to corporate issuers.
